Hi Jamie and moderators
Any word about fixing the board problems yet? I've been logged out about ten times whilst trying to post in the last 20 minutes!
Someone should tell those sparklit people to get a move on!
Maybe look into a different company?!
Or maybe it's just my computer- I wouldnt be surprised as it's a nutcase of a thing that derives pleasure from annoying me!

No news yet - they can't seem to reproduce the problem, so are unable to fix it.  If you can give us anymore info that would be great - ie, operating system, web browser. web connection, firewall/anti-virus/spy-ware etc.


The trouble with swapping over to another host will mean we'll lose all the valuable posts and people will have to re-apply.  It would be a lot of hassle.


I'll do a poll to see the extent of the problem.

OK guys I've got some gen:


First you need to come away from the site totally.  Then clear your cache folder:


To do this open internet explorer - click on Tools - select internet options - then click 'delete cookies', and delete files, under the temproary internet files.  This should clear everything.  Finally you'll need to access the forum again through this link

Thanks for fixing that I was on my way to bonkersville!
And I got logged out ten times before I made it to the page with the instructions
