i hope you are proud of yourself that took a lot of courage on your behalf i only hope that you are ok and the outcome wasn't to hard for you

please do not feel badabout saying that you need the suport to do something and then not being able to carrie it through we all know that it is sometimes so hard to face something head on you let us know how you were feeling and what you wanted that was brave enough and to evetually carrie it through wow that was so incredible so thank you for sharing your feelings and thoughts with us please take care numb.

Just wanted to say well done, and we are still all here for you. Don't feel bad if you don't manage to do something that we all offer support for it's when you are ready and we are all here for the highs and lows however they come.

Just keep going your gonna be fine and your doing so well. it must be awful for you right now but we are all here whenever you want us.

Wish I had not made the call - the pain the fear is all so overwhelming - not sure I will get through this. Wanting so badly to shut down again.

How can someone go through life causing so much pain and destruction and othes say I am the one who should be reaching out the hand of friendship and sis love - sh*t what did I do that was so wrong - cut her out of my life so all this would stop - but it doesn't it is going to carry on for ever.

Sorry everyone I really appreciate you being around me right now - I am fighting to stay in contact but if I don't it is my way of coping.

i am so sorry you are in such a bad way but please if you can try not to dissapear tell us what you are feeling get it out you have done nothing wrong and you know that numb we are here for you allways i am at a loss what to say to you as i know how much pain and anger you are going though so please take care and keep safe
