The day before you sent in your ‘complaint’ Jamie I got trapped on the staff bus next to a bloke who spent the whole journey complaining. It was like he was carrying an unlucky dip sack around with him - ah now lets see what this next complaint is etc. I insisted on responding cheerfully. It made him worse. Then he started grumbling on about how we nearly missed the connection the previous day. Luckily for him we did miss it that day. So he stood at the bus stop saying we would have caught that bus if blah, blah, blah. I was getting close to bopping him over the head and I’m a patient person normally. Maybe I should introduce you?
