I completely agree.  Ive often looked for chat rooms that may help me deal with this and havent had much success, think it would be really worthwhile.

Great idea. Ditto what Amanda said. Haven't a clue how to use it so would it come with intructions? I come into the category of low confidence rather than PC illiterate. (Like the rest of my life. No matter how often I achieve something new it still surprises me - as in wow I did that!)

Don't worry there will be  a clear set of instructions and I'll probably leave it open all the time so people could use it to meet up on etc.  I might put a new section on the forums that epople could use to arrange times to meet up etc.


Still in its infancy at the moment but I'll keep everyone posted,

hi all


i think it is a great idea as at least we all know that on here we have all been abused in one way or another and can feel safe talking to each other


i have found two sites where i thaught i could try and talk freely yo other people but on both sites came across some sick people just trying to find out what kind of sexual abuse i went through and asking me to describe in detail what had been done to me so now i do not trust other sites but i would trust this one


so yes it is a great idea if it is kept safe

Yes! That sounds like a very good idea.  I would need very simple instructions.  This isn't something I've done before and knowing me I'd do it wrong.
